 Indications and methods of use
 • Air antiseptic: When diffused, grapefruit essential oil has a disinfectant effect and purifies the air.
 • Digestive effect: in the form of a massage on the solar plexus and stomach area, it stimulates the digestive system.
 • For the nervous system: used in massage (pure or diluted in vegetable oil) for nervous tension, anxiety, and insomnia.
 • Cellulite and fluid retention: in massage, diluted in vegetable oil, it helps remove excess fluid from tissues and improves microcirculation.
