 Properties
 Harmonizes the nervous system, relieves stress, tones blood circulation, stimulates the endocrine system, and activates digestion.
 Indications and use
 • Nervous system: has a harmonizing effect on agitation and sleep disorders. Apply 2–3 drops of vetiver essential oil diluted in vegetable oil along the spine before bedtime.
 • Skin: has a calming, cooling, firming and regenerating effect; promotes skin cell renewal.
 • Circulation: used for coronary insufficiency, circulatory disorders, varicose veins, lymphatic stagnation.
 • Genitourinary system: In cases of amenorrhea (absence of menstruation), vetiver oil acts as an emmenagogue (stimulates menstruation) and is similar in effect to progesterone.
 • How to use: apply to areas that need care, diluted 3–5% in vegetable oil.

 • With petitgrain bigradium or tropical basil — to harmonize the nervous system.
 • With pistachio mastic , patchouli , Ligurian yarrow - for circulatory disorders.
